This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which
AirGuard, LLC ("we", "our", or "us") accepts and processes refund requests for AirGuard devices and services. By purchasing from us or our authorized partners, you agree to the terms below.
1. General Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied with your AirGuard device or service, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Devices (Hardware)
You may request a refund on physical AirGuard devices if the following conditions are met:
- The request is submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The product is in its original condition with no signs of physical damage.
- The product has not been exposed to water.
- All original packaging and accessories are included.
- The product was purchased directly from AirGuard, LLC (not a third-party retailer).
Important: Refunds are not available for devices damaged due to misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or
water exposure, which also voids the product warranty.
2.2 Subscriptions (Software)
AirGuard app subscriptions (currently \$14.99/month) are billed monthly and are
non-refundable
once a billing cycle has started. Canceling your subscription will stop auto-renewal but does not entitle you to a partial refund for the current month.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Shipping, installation, or labor fees
- Monthly subscription fees already billed
- Devices returned after the 30-day window
- Devices with signs of damage, missing components, or missing proof of purchase
- Devices with water exposure
- Products purchased through unauthorized resellers or second-hand sources
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, email our team at
support@airguard.pro with:
- Order number
- Serial number of the device
- Reason for the return
If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified defect or shipping error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your return.
5. Processing and Timelines
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
6. B2B and Reseller Orders
Custom or volume B2B orders and reseller agreements may be subject to separate refund terms defined in individual sales contracts. Unless otherwise agreed:
- Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase, subject to device condition.
- Opened, deployed, or damaged devices are not eligible for return.
- Subscription and integration services are non-refundable.
