Subscription Cancellation Policy

At AirGuard, we offer a flexible, month-to-month subscription for our mobile and web app services. You can cancel your subscription at any time by following the simple process below.
1. How to Cancel
To cancel your AirGuard subscription:
Email us at support@airguard.pro with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation Request” and include the following:
- Your name and email address used for the subscription
- Reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated)
We’ll confirm your cancellation within 1–2 business days.
2. Billing Terms
- Monthly Billing: Subscriptions are billed at $14.99/month on a recurring monthly basis.
- No Refunds: Once your subscription has been billed for the current month, no refunds or partial credits will be issued for any unused time.
- Final Month Access: You will retain full access to premium features until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, you will not be charged again.
Example: If you're billed on the 10th and cancel on the 15th, your access continues until the next 10th, and billing will stop after that date.
3. Important Notes
- Cancellations must be submitted before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
- If you subscribed through a third-party platform (Apple App Store or Google Play), you must cancel through that platform directly.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.
