One-Year Limited Warranty

AirGuard, LLC
("we", "us", or "our") provides this One-Year Limited Warranty ("Warranty") for all new AirGuard devices purchased directly from us or from authorized resellers. This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing defects under normal use.


1. Warranty Coverage


AirGuard LLC warrants that your AirGuard device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase (the “Warranty Period”).


If a valid claim is received during the Warranty Period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the defective device,
  • Replace it with a new or refurbished unit of equal value, or
  • Refund the original purchase price.


2. What Is Not Covered


This Limited Warranty does
not cover damage or malfunction caused by:

  • Water exposure AirGuard devices are not waterproof, and water damage of any kind will void this warranty.
  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Improper installation or handling.
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or disassembly.
  • Use of non-approved power sources, accessories, or attachments.
  • Accidents, impact, fire, lightning, flood, power surges, or other acts of nature.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, discoloration).
  • Issues related to software, connectivity, or mobile applications.
  • Devices with removed, altered, or defaced serial numbers or tamper seals.


3. Warranty Claim Process


To file a claim under this Warranty:


  1. Email info@airguard.pro with:
  • A copy of your proof of purchase
  • The serial number of your device
  • A detailed description of the issue


    2. Our support team will assess eligibility and provide troubleshooting or return instructions.

    3. If a return is authorized, we will issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and return instructions.


Note: Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless prohibited by law.


4. Replacement Terms


  • Repaired or replacement devices are covered under the original Warranty Period or 90 days from replacement—whichever is longer.
  • Replacement units may be new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent.


5. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • AirGuard LLC’s total liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as described above
  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to mold damage, health issues, or property loss.
  • This Warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for product defects and is in lieu of all other express warranties.


Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so these exclusions may not apply to you.

This Limited Warranty grants you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
