As HVAC engineers, we recognize the value of interdisciplinary expertise. To support the effectiveness and scientific integrity of our technology, we collaborate with experts in mold science, indoor air quality, and public health to guide our research, evaluation, and product development efforts.

Ashley Manson Marratt
Ms. Ashley Manson Marratt is an active member of the Georgia Pest Control Association where she first was introduced to AirGuard. She has served on the Executive Leadership Team for 3 years and is currently the Chairwoman of the Board for the Association.
Ms. Marratt has an undergraduate degree in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University, Robinson College of Business. Following 12 years in Corporate America, she founded, built and operated two service-based detection canine businesses in the Security and Pest Control industries.
Ashley brings her passion for small business and knowledge of the pest and air quality industries to the AirGuard Advisory Board in 2026.

Kristine Schleede
Kristine brings over 20 years of experience guiding organizations through complex technology and data decisions, with a focus on practical outcomes, thoughtful leadership, and long-term impact. Her background spans large-scale cloud, AI/ML, and enterprise data initiatives, and she is known for helping teams connect technology choices to real business and human outcomes.
She is also the founder of Heal With Me, LLC, where she channels both professional expertise and personal experience into educating others about mold exposure, indoor air quality, and the often-overlooked health impacts of water-damaged environments. Through this work, she helps individuals recognize potential mold-related issues and navigate informed conversations and next steps in their healing journey.
As a survivor of CIRS, EBV, Long COVID-19, and anaplasmosis, Kristine brings lived experience along with deep hands-on knowledge of building science, mold inspection and remediation best practices, and health-focused environmental decision making. Her unique perspective bridges technology, indoor environments and human health, making her a trusted and grounded voice on the advisory board.

Steve Worsley
Steve is the CEO of CNC Contractor Services and has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He’s worked in general contracting, home inspections, mold mitigation, and rehabilitation, and is now a leading mold mitigation contractor and testing expert.
He has written several books on mold and home health, including The Mold Epidemic, Black Mold and Home Inspections: What Your Realtor Won't Tell You, and Toxic Mold and My Old Home. Steve provides mold consultations to clients both virtually and in-person around the world.
Steve is also the host of The Toxic Mold Podcast, where he teaches homeowners what toxic mold is, how it affects health, and how to protect their homes and families by preventing mold problems before they start.
